Srinagar: A four year old boy Mehraj Ahmad Haqla son of Javid Ahmad resident Goori Hajam Chanapal drowned in Nalla Bapal, in Budgam District, police said here.
The body of deceased child was fished out from the nallah and handed over to his parents for last rites, the police statement said.
