Srinagar: The families of the under trails at north Kashmirs Baramulla on Monday said that due to the continuous absence of the public Prosecutor at the court of Principal and Session Judge, they continue to suffer with the cases getting delayed every day after.
Families of persons said that from the last more than six months, the government has not posted any PP in the court due to which the cases are not being heard from the last several months.
Reports informed that the earlier Farooq Ahmad Sheikh was discharging his duties as the Public Prosecutor but he got relived from his services six months earlier and since then no PP has been appointed at the court till date.
Families of the detainees have appealed to government to take immediate action into this issue so that justice sans any delay is delivered to their dear ones.
