JAMMU: The Government has declared state mourning on March 29th as a mark of respect to Former Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew.
As per a government order, the National and the State Flag shall fly at half-mast during the State mourning on all buildings and places where these are flown and there shall be no official entertainment.
