BARAMULLA: Minister of State for Health, Ms Asiya Naqash today paid surprise visit to the District Hospital Baramulla and enquired about the facts leading to sudden death of three patients in the hospital.
The Minister was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Chief Medical officer, Medical Superintendent, Tehsildar Baramulla and other Doctors and Para Medical Staff.
While inspecting various wards of the District Hospital she directed Deputy Commissioner Baramulla to hold an inquiry into the matter immediately to ascertain the facts in this regard. She said strict action will be taken against those who have shown laxity in performing their duties.
