JAMMU: In an order dated 23rd March 2015, Mr. N.N. Vohra, Governor, who is the President of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) – J&K State Branch, has extended the tenure of Honorary General Secretary IRCS, Ms. Roma Wani, for a further period of one year with effect from 11th March, 2015.
