Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir State Vigilance Organisation today registered a case against a government official for possessing assets disproportionate to his known source of income by allegedly resorting to “corrupt and illegal” practices. “A case was registered against Assistant Engineer, TLMD-IV Pampore, Kuldeep Singh Sodhi on the outcome of verification conducted alleging therein that the officer during his service accumulated huge assets by resorting to corrupt and illegal practices,” a spokesman of the SVO said.
