Srinagar: While expressing his deep shock, sorrow and grief over the death of former Ameer Jamat-i-Islami and a prominent Islamic figure Hakim Ghulam Nabis elder son Mujahid-ul-Islam, Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul.
In a statement to KNS a spokesperson of the Hurriyat (G) said, He (Geelani) telephoned the affected family and expressed his condolence with them.
