DGP assures full help to bring body back
Jammu: MLA-Elect Ganerbal, Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar called on Director General of Police (DGP), K. Rajendra Kumar at Police Headquarters (PHQ) here today. He submitted a memorandum with regard to know the causes of death of prominent scholar of Dobhipora Ganderbal namely Tariq-ul-Islam S/O Kh. Ghulam Mohammad Dobhi at Hyderabad, who was understudies at IIT Hyderabad.
He discussed in detail the circumstances leading to his death which took place at IIT. He has requested the DGP to send a special team of J&K Police to Hyderabad to cooperate and enquire the causes of the death of youngest scholar. He has also requested to arrange his body from Hyderabad to his native village for funeral.
Rajendra, expressing his condolence on the death of young scholar and solidarity with the bereaved family, assured the Sheikh Ishfaq that full cooperation and help would be provided to bring the body of late scholar from Hyderabad to his native village for last rites.
