Srinagar: According to the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, all those dwellers of district Srinagar whose residential houses were damaged during the floods of September 2014 and have been assessed as fully damaged by the concerned committees but have not submitted the 16 digit Bank Account Number so far, have been asked to furnish the same with the concerned Tehsildars within three days positively.
