Jammu: Accusing Pakistan again for violating ceasefire along Line of Control, India Thursday said that Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing on three BSF posts in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir which followed their overnight firing at another BSF post in Jammu district.
A Defence official told CNS that Pakistan Rangers started unprovoked firing at three BSF posts along Line of Control in Kathua district on Thursday morning. As the BSF troopers retaliated, the Rangers stopped firing, he said adding that on Wednesday also Pakistan Rangers had fired three rounds of automatic gunfire at Pittal post of the BSF in Arnia area however, the BSF did not retaliate.
