POONCH: There seems to be no let up in forest fire along Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district which has caused several mine blasts.
An official said that the fire initially started from across the LoC and then spread to Sona gali under 15 Maha regiment in Mankote.
He said the fire has spread on the area of two to three kilometers. He blamed Pakistan army for the fire and alleged: The Pakistan army deliberately put bushes on their side on fire in order to clear track for the militants to infiltrate, the official claimed.
The officials have also made similar claims in the past. (GNS)
