Srinagar: Incarcerated chairman National Front and Hurriyat (JK) leader Nayeem Ahmad Khan has termed the ongoing arrest spree of youth throughout Kashmir in the garb of election drama as the worst kind Nazi politics.
In a statement, Khan said, Police stations and jails of the valley have been filled with innocent youth of Tangamarg, Pattan, Baramulla, Islamabad, Kupwara, Ganderbal, Sopore, Budgam, Old city Srinagar, Pulwama, Shopian, Bandipora and Kulgam and their helpless parents are compelled to make rounds from one police station to other.
This all is being done on the behest of those pro-India politicians who nowadays are busy in begging for votes. These so called politicians are the reason behind the prolonged dispute of Kashmir and the irony is that they are yet again out to deceive people, he said.
Khan expressed solidarity with all those whose kith and kin have been put behind bars and who are very dearly tolerating the worst kind of state terrorism.
