JAMMU: Officers and Staff of Various Boards under Administrative control of the Social Welfare Department expressed their grief and sorrow over the death of elder sister of Mohammed Shafi Rather, Commissioner/ Secretary Social Welfare Department, who died today.
A joint condolence meeting was held at Pragati Bhawan, Jammu, which was attended among others by the officers and officials of J&K State Social Welfare Board, J&K State Advisory Board for Welfare & Development of Other Backward Classes, J&K State Advisory Board for Welfare of Scheduled Casts, J&K State Commission for Women and J&K State Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People.
