Bandipora: The step son of an Army soldier who died under mysterious circumstances in Aloosa area of North Kashmirs Bandipora district Monday termed his death as a cold blooded murder and said that he was beaten to death by In-Laws.
Muhammad Ayoub Khan the father of three issues died under mysterious circumstances at the house of his In-Laws in Aloosa Bandipora. Irshad Hussain Khan, the 15 year old step son of the deceased soldier, who resides in Malangam Bandipora told CNS that to sort out some family dispute with his wife, his father had gone to his In-Laws house where he was beaten to death mercilessly. To cover their misdeed, they spread the rumour in the area, the Muhammad Ayoub consumed poison while the eyewitnesses who were present on the occasion confirmed to police Ayoub was strangled by his father-in-law, mother-in-law and his wife, he said.
I want police to award stern punishment to my own mother and grand-father who hatched a conspiracy to kill my father. My grand-father wanted to grab our property and he used my mother as a pawn, Irshad said.
A police official who investigates the matter told CNS that police is waiting for the post-mortem report. We have already registered an FIR into the incident and we have called the accused to police station for questioning. Everything will be clear once we receive the post-mortem report, he said adding that anyone found guilty will not be spared. (CNS)
