KUPWARA, OCTOBER 10-In order to provide required assistance to the flood victims Kupwara district, a special control room has been established in the office of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara.
As per official handout, any flood victim of district Kupwara having any grievance or complaint can contact on phone numbers 94190-17791, 01955252661, 01955252451 and 01955262295.
