SRINAGAR: Minister for Transport Ch. Mohammad Ramzan said that the JKSRTC is operating four buses regularly from Lal Chowk to Nowgam Railway Station and back as per railway timing schedule. These buses are performing 11 to 12 trips daily.
The Minister said that at present two private transport companies viz M/S Western Motor Transport Company and M/s Kehwa Express run their vehicles from Railway Station, Nowgam to various destinations of the city and vice versa at the time of arrival and departure of trains. He said presently, 8 to 10 mini buses are plying from Lal Chowk, Batmaloo and Panthachowk to Railway Station Nowgam.
