Srinagar: Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hassan Mir today informed the House that the Rehbar-i-Zirat (ReZs) of Kashmir Division were regularized on the directions of Srinagar wing of High Court where the case of the incumbents was pending. As regard the regularization ReZs belonging to Jammu division, the Minister said that case is pursued in the Jammu wing of High Court and Government will implement the directions as and when passed.
The Minister ruled out intentional delay of regularization of Jammu based ReZs and said that case in Jammu wing is being vigorously pursued and likely to be decided soon. He, however, maintained that the effect to all the appointments will be given simultaneously and there will not be any discrimination with any incumbent. He said the Jammu based ReZs who are protesting for regularization should keep cool and they will get justice soon.
The Minister was replying to a point raised by Ashwani Kumar Sharma in the House.
