ISLAMABAD Workers of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) nabbed a man carrying gun and seized his pistol during address of PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri on Saturday.
According to details, PAT workers held a suspected man in the gathering and found a pistol from his possession. The workers said that the suspect had come with the intentions to target someone. Provoked workers thrashed the suspected man, however left him somehow after repeated directives by Dr Qadri.
The suspect was taken to the stage, where the PAT chief inquired him briefly and later embraced him, directing all his workers not to cause any harm to him. We are peaceful people and we cannot cause harm to anyone irrespective of his character, Dr Qadri told the gathering.
