The third round of massacre by the omnipotent Zionist state is slouching towards closure with eighteen hundred plus murders to its credit. The operation Protective Edge has shoved its sharp edge into the all dead carcass of humanity. The gory scenes of bloodshed and mutilated bodies of innocent children are petrifying. The horror is immense and unbelievable. Is Israel singly performing to the bizarre dance of death? No. Its a collective punishment meted out to an unfortunate selected few by a fortunate blood thirsty civilized world.
The Big Brother is watching the show, rather sponsoring it, in the most inhuman way and the prophets of peace are theorising the script. A pan-world body entrusted to establish and maintain peace has multiple organ failure. It has become obsolete and useless. The tumour of veto has crippled the body so much so that it gasps for survival. Besides the flaw of veto there have been instances of bias and prejudices followed by this premier organisation. Why should it indict Bashar-al-Assad for human rights violations as he killed people while they slept and the pre-dawn attacks on Gazan schools, hospitals and refugee camps are not of grave concern for it?
Even the UN maintained shelters were not spared. Its simply that even its RtoP (Responsibility to Protect) protocols are biased and differ from region to region. The RtoP must apply to Gaza as well as it is controlled by Israel, though illegally. In both the cases the victims are Muslims, the oppressors are different–a dictator in the former case and an unaccountable and free rabid parliament in the latter case.
Since the US has always been unnecessarily interfering in the working of most of the Muslim countries, its pro-active stance in influencing these nations is understandable. The selective justice of the UN is also comprehensible as it is merely an extension of Washington. What is more disheartening is the killing silence maintained by the Muslim nations and their apex but inept body called one Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC). A lip service from some quarters and that is all. Even some Muslim countries blame Hamas for all the mess. Do their ancient and ill developed rockets pose more threat than the powerful missiles of the war mongering Israel? Its hilarious! The Al-Sisi regime went some steps further by shutting the only window of the Gazan prison to the world to let them asphyxiate and pester in the worlds largest open prison.
Of late we have fatwa from the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia to shun pro-Gazan protests as they dont have any place in Islam. The only option available to the ineffectual but gullible Muslim population is about to be scratched and would be soon tagged as sacrilegious and blasphemous. Obviously these fatwas come from modified versions of Islam aimed at self benefit and in reality have nothing to with the original Islam. The result is that the Gazans, as of now, are neither owned by the Muslims, nor by the Jews nor by the Christians nor by the Hindus. Who then these people are actually? May be they dont belong to the human race or maybe they are the only human beings circled by an army of Darwinian apes, shrieking and ferocious.
