Srinagar: The senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and former finance minister Tariq Hameed Karra has congratulated people particularly the Shia community on the auspicious occasion of Navroz-e-Aalam.
In a statement, Karra expressed hope the day will bring about a positive change in the overall situation of the state. He said Navroz has both cultural and religious significance as it heralds the beginning of spring after long harsh winter.
