GANDERBAL: In view of bad weather conditions and apprehension of avalanches, the Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal has advised the people living in upper reaches of Ganderbal district including Sonamarg, Sarbal, Nelgrath, Gagangeer, Razin, Naranag and adjoining areas have been advised not to venture out during night hours and restrict their movement during the day.
