Srinagar: Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front Mohammad Yasin Malik has strongly condemned the arrest and slapping of black law PSA on Zahoor Ahmad Bhat (JKLF leader and younger brother of father of Kashmiri Nation Shaheed Mohammad Maqbool Bhat).
Zahoor Ahmad Bhat was arrested a few days back and after slapping PSA on him has been shifted to Sub-Jail Hira Nager today. Yasin sahib while strongly condemning the arrest and PSA on Zahoor Ahmad Bhat said that rulers who always portray themselves as democrats have actually used arrests and black laws to suppress the voices of freedom and resistance, a JKLF statement said.
He said that a family which sacrificed their four sons during freedom struggle cannot be frightened by measures like these. Yasin sahib said that jails, tortures and Sufferings are a part of struggle. JKLF and its leadership have suffered because of these oppressive measures but have not and will never shun its path of truth and rightness, the statement of JKLF said.
