SRINAGAR: Police has arrested at least six persons after the death of a septuagenarian during group clashes in Barji area of Harwan Srinagar.
Police sources said that group clashes erupted over a piece of land during which one person, namely Ghulam Ahmed Bhat received severe injuries. Bhat later succumbed to his injuries.
We have arrested two persons so far and an FIR vide 63/2013 under section 302 has been registered in police station Harwan, a police official said.
