SRINAGAR: The cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah sanctioned Rs. 5 lakh as extra ordinary ex-gratia relief in favour of the next of kin of Mr. Ravi Kant, S/o Durga Das, R/o Ward no 1, Sunderbani, Rajouri who died during the recent disturbances.
