JAMMU – Jammu Wing of the J&K High Court has ordered stay on the Public Service Commissions May 23, 2013 notification inviting applications for the post of Assistant Professor in various disciplines in the Government Degree Colleges of the State.
The notification number 09-PSC (DR-P) of 2013, dated23-05-2013 was challenged by some scholars and others over the qualification prescribed for the posts advertised.
