Budgam – Three girl supporters who worked as self-styled teachers at fake faith healer Gulzar Bhats controversial seminary at central Kashmirs Shamsabad area were produced before the court today.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam Gowhar Majid Dalal extended their remand till June 12.
A police official who is part of the investigation told CNS that the police produced Gulzar Bhat three women supporters who had been arrested by police few days ago before the CJM Budgam Gowhar Majid Dalal in the morning. The Court while extending the remand of these three girls shifted them to Ram Bagh Womens Police Station, he said adding that police has ample proof to prove Gulzar Bhat as a rapist. So far seven girls have charged Gulzar Bhat with sexual exploitation, he said.
Pertinently,self-styled faith healer Gulzar Bhat was arrested in central Kashmirs Budgam district for allegedly raping minor girls on the pretext of purifying their
soul. He is currently lodged in Srinagar Central Jail.
