SRINAGAR: Govt on Wednesday informed all the intending Hajj-2013 pilgrims to be careful about the credentials of the travel agencies who have issued advertisements in local press for registration of Hajj-pilgrims for 2013.
Asking aspirants not to get carried away by such advertisements unless and until the list of registered Private Tour Operators (PTOs) is issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), an official spokesman also asked the owners as well as managers of Tour and Travel agencies of the State not to issue such advertisements until their agencies get registered with the MEA.
The registered Hajj and Umrah Tour Operator Associations of the State shall also take note of it and advise its members to desist from issuing such misleading advertisements.
