SRINAGAR: Expressing satisfaction over the by and large peaceful situation that prevailed across valley on Friday, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Asghar Samoon tonight said there would be no curfew on Saturday in any part of the valley.
No curfew will be imposed on Saturday but minor restrictions will be put in place in some down town areas of Srinagar as a precautionary measure, Samoon said.
He said that situation in valley remained largely peaceful and under control on Friday.
People are cooperating with the authorities and they should contact the administration on already provided numbers in case of any difficulty. Authorities are always there for the service of public, he asserted.
