History stands testimony to the fact that the civilizations which havent changed with the time got extinct. To change is to evolve with time which is an important constituent of success. One of the best and effective ways to bring that change is to introspect. Introspect, to discover the real part of yourself. To have a clear vision and understanding of things to determine your real strengths and weaknesses. To awaken your conscience so as to differentiate between the good and the bad and the just and the unjust practices. To bring an overall change in your personality which reflects your values and the perception towards others. To have a problem solving approach rather than a casual approach. Finally introspect to live a life of dignity. As they say, that it is futile to search for the thing that is missing in your lives, if you fail to look within yourselves. Even the whole world cant provide you with such an insight which could enlighten you, as is provided by your conscience.
Quite often we come across things that tend to bring about a change in us. May be in our life style, or the way we perceive things, but as a matter of fact what prevents us from changing is our inability to introspect properly. We are not in a position to relate our day to day happenings so, are we unable to understand their importance on our future. Understanding yourself is the best of all virtues that one may possess. Each of us should be able to address whether he is fair to himself or not? If he is not, then he must identify it and act accordingly. Thoughts can serve as a sculptor which creates the person you want to be. Evaluating yourself is the most difficult task that only some of us are capable of. It requires strength to bear the realities and the reforms made thereafter should correspond to the corrective actions taken. If one is able to introspect himself, the world seems to be a happy place for him as he is clear with his views and his opinions reflect his values of life. All must follow ethical values which prevent from taking any wrong course of action. Introspecting helps to know the reason of existence. Thus, making it very clear which path to follow to achieve your goals, thereby enabling one to get rid of those factors that may pose a threat in achieving them. As is rightly said: Sometimes you have to look back in order to understand the things that lie ahead. The way one responds to the external stimuli shapes his/her personality which in turn leaves long lasting impressions on others. We must introspect to shape our personality in a batter way so as to live a respectful life in our society. Ones duties, responsibilities, obligations and rights become clear upon introspection. It is a fact that one cant lie to his soul. You need to introspect in order to get answers to your questions. Patience is the key to conquer the unconquered and it needs immense patience to actually introspect yourself. The key to be ahead of others is to compare yourself with them so as to find out what is best in them and try to inculcate the same in yourself.
As they say, the moment you know yourself, you learn how to care for yourself. An individual should always be clear about his long term values which he is going to leave behind. A man who weighs his values and principles more than any other thing succeeds in understanding the real sense of life. He exactly lives the life of what an ideal person should live. Keeping the track of performance and following with steps which could really nurture the talent helps one in better understanding of things. Exploring what can prove to be a driving force and working on the same, instils a sense of goal accomplishment which with the help of realistic assumptions can unlock the doors of success for all. Thus, the need of the hour is to introspect and change for ones own betterment so, that the world is a happy place to live in.
