SRINAGAR: MOS Home, Sajad Ahmad Kichloo Thursday said that the application filed by the family of Muhammad Afzal Guru to the state government seeking possession of Gurus body, has been forwarded to Government of India by the states home department. However, he said that no response from the central government has been received on the matter so far.
