SRINAGAR: A police vehicle was damaged in a blast in the northern township of Sopore on Thursday night, reports said.
The explosion, attributed by the police to an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by militants, occurred in the Ash Peer area of the town, they said.
The IED fixed near a bridge blew up just as a police vehicle passed by, but no one was injured.
