BAKU: Azerbaijan is studying the suggestion on joining the Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, spokesman for Azerbaijans Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elman Adbullayev told journalists today.
He said Azerbaijans influence in the international arena and confidence in the country are increasing: Azerbaijans invitation to the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir is not the first case. Our country was invited to various contact groups in the past. Currently we are considering this suggestion.
The suggestion was made during the OIC summit in Cairo.
