JAMMU Maj. Gen. Ashwani Kumar, GOC, 26 Infantry Div, called on Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan, here today.
During the meeting, the GOC briefed the Governor about the overall security situation in the area of his responsibility.
This was Maj. Gen. Kumars first meeting with the Governor after recently taking over as the GOC of the 26 Infantry Div.
The Governor wished Maj. Gen. Kumar a very successful tenure.
