Apropos the well written piece “Who Will Host The Afghan Taliban In Kashmir?” by Dr. Syed Nazir Gilani. It is a good source of information. People are entitled to the factual position.
In my view, Taliban is not new, and has weilded some muscles but never expanded its wings beyond its limits. Has it become a super power? How about the buffer created by Pakistan and territories controlled by it? How about the economic conditions and world pressure on Pakistan?
Idealogy of some of these so-called leaders comes by way of their explicit/implict opinion or statements. Some on the warring side, some on the peaceful side, and some on warring but claiming to be peaceful. Yet, there are some elements across the line with an opinion of their own! Do we have a consensus on this?
Leave these so-called true leaders out, what do the masses want!
