SRINAGAR: In view of continued cancellation of AN-32 Kargil Courier Service between Kargil and Srinagar due to inclement weather and in order to clear the stranded passengers, Government has arranged IL-76 Air force plane between Leh and Srinagar on 19th December.

The pasengers will also be required to report at 7.00 am on 19thDecember at Kargil House Bemina, Srinagar to be transported to Srinagar airport and airlifted to Leh in IL-76.
Similarly, the passengers at Kargil, who have already been issued tickets, are being sent from Kargil to Leh by road on 18th December, so that they can avail the flight on 19th December from Leh to Srinagar.
Meanwhile, on 18th December arrangements have been made for airlifting passengers between Kargil and Jammu in AN-32 Kargil Courier, subject to fair weather.
