SRINAGAR: Dr M Z Chishti Professor Emeritus at Centre of Research for Development (CORD), University of Kashmir has been conferred with Professor S. Yamaguti award in recognition to his research and teaching in the field of Helminthology-Parasitology.
Dr Chisti was presented this international prestigious award which carries a citation jointly by the President Indian Academy of Environmental Science and Vice Chancellor Rohilkhand University at the inaugural function of Three days International Conference on Recent trends in Climate change vis-à-vis Biodiversity held at the Centre of Excellence, MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly.
Professor Chishti was guest of honour on the occasion and delivered a plenary lecture.
