SRINAGAR: Kupwara police has issued a look out notice regarding an absconding murder accused Fayaz Ahmad Shah, the police said.
A person who will assist police in his arrest will be suitably rewarded and his identity will be kept confidential, reads a police statement issued here today.
Superintendent of Police District Kupwara issued a notice regarding Fayaz Ahmad Shah son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Shah resident of Sever Malgund, Lolab, Kupwara who is evading arrest in FIR No 07/2012 under section 302 RPC of Police Station Lalpora.
Action under section 87, 88 CrPC has been initiated against the absconder, and any person giving information leading to his arrest will be suitably rewarded. The absconder is Fayaz Ahmad Shah is 29 years old medium built, 5-feet & 8 inch high having fair complexion and bearded, the statement adds.
