BEIRUT – Hezbollah Secretary General of Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah has said that the future of Middle-East was the future of steadfast heroes and not that of ewes, pledging that Iran, Syria and Hezbollah won’t abandon the resistance groups in Gaza.
Sayyed Nasrallah was responding to a statement by the Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim Al-Thani during the Arab League ministerial emergency meeting on Saturday evening to discuss the Israeli aggression on Gaza. “Wolves eat sheep; they referring to the Israelis) are not wolves, but most of us are ewes,” the Qatari FM said.
In Palestine, Lebanon and much of the Arab world, there are lions and heroes. He who sees himself as an ewe let him speak about himself, he is not entitled to say that most of the Arabs became ewes, Sayyed Nasrallah said.
“There are governments, leaders and media people who have become ewes,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, adding that the “lions and heroes are the ones who will make the history and achievements of this nation, like what happened in Lebanon in 2006 and Gaza in 2008 and as it is happening today in Gaza, this is the future of the heroes and not that of the ewes.”
How Missiles Are Getting Into Gaza?
One official from an Arab country was quoted as saying that: “Palestinians should not be given hope more than we can do, and that the aid pledged by Arab countries was not submitted to the Palestinians, noting that some Arabs contributed to the blockade on Gaza.” This is a good recognition, the S.G said in atelevised speech on the fifth night of Muharram, wondering “How did this huge number of missiles reach the Palestinian resistance? Who sent it and who delivered it? Who enabled Gaza, besides the will of Allah, to fight or destroy Israeli armaments? And how did anti-aircraft missiles reach into Gaza?” “This is what we must reconsider today, we must realize who enabled Gaza today to stand on its feet and fight and bomb Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The role of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Syria in arming the Palestinian resistance is evident,” His eminence pointed out.
“Arabs today admit they besieged Gaza, the real Arabism and the genuine Islam is that Arab countries send arms to Gaza, because the Israelis bet on the cessation of the rockets stockpile in Gaza,” Sayyed Nasrallah said.
Arms Should be Sent to Gaza, Not Syria
Criticizing some Arab countries who were championing in sending weapons to the armed opposition in Syria instead of sending it to Gaza, Sayyed Nasrallah said: “One of the most important duties is to open borders to Gaza and deliver more missiles to the resistance. Where are the Arabs who are sending arms to dissidents in Syria? They do not dare to send a shot into Gaza because the enemy there is ‘Israel’.”
“Some are saying that Israel is punishing Hamas for they think it abandoned Iran, Syria and Hizbullah,” His Eminence said, stressing that Iran, Syria and Hezbollah did not and will not abandon the people and resistance of Gaza; “this is our religious, moral and humanitarian duty, hailing the steadfastness of the resistance in Gaza and adherence to its conditions as the Zionist entity today is seeking a ceasefire to restore the situation to what it was before the assassination of Ahmed Al-Ja’abari, but the resistance rejects this solution.”
Israelis Target Civilians Because of their Bankruptcy
The Israeli bank of targets had bankrupted so the murderous entity is committing these kinds of massacres, the S.G indicated. “Some Israeli targets in Gaza are being bombed again and again, and resistance rockets are still being fired from Gaza and hitting in the depth of the Zionist entity. So, the Zionists returned to their criminal nature with killing large numbers of children, women and civilians since yesterday. This reflects the failure of the Israeli military operation in Gaza and its failure to achieve its objectives in pushing the resistance movements to relinquish its rightful conditions,” Sayyed Nasrallah said.
“As the Gazans witnessed in 2008 and as we experienced in Lebanon, the resistance and its leaders had overcame the era when their arms would be twisted by massacring children and women,” His eminence said.
