SRINAGAR – Kashmir Hotel and Restaurant Association (KHARA) in collaboration with Kashmir Hotel and Restaurant Federation (KHAROF) is going to organize a seminar on Sustainable Tourism Environment and Infrastructure Tuesday at the SKICC here.
In a media briefing at its headquarters on Monday, Chairman KHARA, Showkat Choudry said that the objective of seminar is to focus on improvement in tourism infrastructure. We want to improve the tourism sector as there is insufficient infrastructure and five star hotels are not available in sufficient number. We also want to stress on government to take SKICC back into its own custody, he said.
He informed that the seminar would be attended by union health Minister Ghualam Nabi Azad and other State Ministers while the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is expected to preside over the seminar.
