Srinagar – Two persons including an aged woman were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley.
Police said an accident took place between a Maruti Car bearing registration number JK18/3711 driven by Mohammad Ashraf Itoo son of Ali Mohammad resident of Sangam, Kulgam and a Motorcycle bearing registration number JK03B/7451 driven by Mohammad Shafi Thoker son of Mohammad Akbar resident of Hassanpora, Bijbehara, at Donipora Sangam, National Highway, Anantnag, jurisdiction of police station Bijbehara, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist.
The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
In another accident, a motorcycle bearing registration number JK04A/0372 hit and injured a pedestrian Noora Begum, age 60 years, wife of Mohammad Ramzan Mir resident of Kaiser Mullah, Chadoora near Kaiser Mullah, Budgam, in the jurisdiction of police station Chadoora.
The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar. A case has been registered in this regard.
