Srinagar – The divisional commissioner, Dr Samoon, Thursday directed the oil companies to ask their LPG dealers to immediately resume home delivery of cylinders in Kashmir. He asked all the additional district development commissioners to personally monitor LPG distribution and to take action under the Prevention of Black-marketing and Hoarding Act in the event of any violation or any dealer found black marketing,
Dr Samoon asked the CAPD director, all the DCs, ADDCs and district SPs and SHOs to intensify market checking; to conduct random inspection of the premises of retailers and to ensure home delivery of LPG cylinders, an official handout said.
