Srinagar – Advisor to Chief Minister, Mubarak today visited Eidgah and took stock of the arrangements made for Idd-prayers on the eve of Eid-ul- Zuha at Idgah ground.
Gul expressed his satisfaction over the arrangements made for Eid Namaz at Eidgah. He directed the concerned authorities that no sheep seller be allowed inside the premises especially near the places of Eid Namaz .
He said that government headed by Omar Abdullah is well aware of the problems faced by the people of Eidgah and for the purpose has sanctioned Rs. one crore in Ist phase for the upgradation of drainage system and beautification of Idgah ground. He said that beatification work of the park is going on in war footing basis.
The Advisor to Chief Minister said that Eidgah park has been increased in many fold and developed for the people of the area and is almost ready. He appealed the people to come in large number and enjoy the beautification of the park. Gul also prayed for the peace and prosperity of State and the country.
