Srinagar – Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Samoon today visited Shopian and took stock of various developmental works going on in the district.
He expressed satisfaction over the pace of construction work of Mini Secretariat complex in the Arhama locality of the South Kashmir town. He also visited the Fruit Mandi complex and discussed with Engineering and Administrative authorities for identifying an alternative site for construction of another Fruit Mandi Complex at Shopian.
The Deputy Commissioner Shopian, . Javid Ahmed Khan and other officers of district administration were accompanied the Divisional Commissioner.
Later Dr. Samoon took a meeting with district officers which among other was attended by ADC Shopian, Dr. Naqash, AC Central Dr. Tasaduk and ACR, Parvez Ahmed Ganai.
