Lolab – Annual day function was organized in the Government Degree College Sopore in which students having proved their talent in different fields were awarded.
According to KNS, on this occasion Professor Abdul Wahid Qureshi was chief guest. Proferssor Mohammad Abdullah, former Principal of College and Chairman of the Board of School of Education Shujaat Bukhari, Qaramat Qayoom, NDM Sopore Mohammad Yosuf Balkhi and other faculties of the various colleges were present on the occasion.
Students presented cultural programmes to entertain the audience. Qureshi appreciated the efforts and achievements of the Principal Dr. Ashraf and thanked him for having invited him (Qureshi) to witness the event.
