Srinagar, Sep 30: Police said 8 people were injured in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley on Sunday.
An accident took place at Nowpora Cheshmashahi, Srinagar between a Swift Car bearing registration number D12CAH-5114 and Motor Cycle bearing registration number JK01F/6253, resulting in injuries to three persons. All the injured were hospitalized.
In another accident, a passenger Auto bearing registration number JK18/5008 collided with a motorcycle bearing registration number JK03A/4930 at Kulgam, resulting in injuries to four pedestrians. All the injured were hospitalized.
In another accident, an unidentified vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian Mohammad Iqbal Kasana son of Mehmood Kassana resident of Bilawer Kathua on the Natioanal Highway at Nambal, Awantipora, in the jurisdiction of police station Awantipora. Injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
