Srinagar- Detained Muslim League chief Ashiq Hussain Faktoo, alias Dr. Muhammad Qasim, has been acquitted by a city court in a twelve-year-old case.
The third additional munsif dismissed charges registered against the ML chief in Soura police station twelve years ago, reports said.
The party general secretary, Abdul Ahad Parra, has welcomed the court decision and congratulated Dr. Qasim on his acquittal. Observer News Service
