Jammu, Sept 26: Terming killings of Panchs and Sarpanchs in Jammu and Kashmir as ‘Targetted killings’, National Conference Chief Spokesman and Senior Leader Mustafa Kamaal today allegedly held Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani and the Army responsible for the incidents.
“Former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed is the man behind Panchs and Sarpanchs’ killings, which are targetted at the behest of various politicians, armed forces besides separatists,’ alleged Mr Kamaal while talking to reporters at the sidelines of Youth National Conference day-long convention here this afternoon.
The NC leader said, “Mr Mufti is ‘involved’ in the killings as I have already cleared that killings are taking place in the areas where Hizb-ul-Mujaheedin and Jamaat-e-Islami are dominating.Agencies
