Srinagar – Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) is organizing a familiarisation programme on the use of escalators for such prospective Hajj pilgrims who are not well-versed with its use.
The familiarization programme is being organised at Sangarmall City Centre, MA Road, Srinagar in collaboration with a local tour group Alkhuddam Hajj and Umrah Services.
The prospective pilgrims can come to Sangarmall City Centre alongwith Ihram which can be used during the proposed training session. The training session would be conducted on September 26, 2012 from 10 am to 4 pm.
A panel of noted super-specialist doctors would also be holding an interactive session with the general public at the make-shift auditorium of the Sangarmall City Centre on the same day from 4 pm to 6 pm, aimed at creating awareness about various health issues. However, there will be no consultation by the doctors.
The super-specialist doctors who would be available at the interactive session include, Dr. Bilal (DM) Gastroenterologist, Dr Shahid (DM) Cardiologist, Dr lrshad, Orthopedic Surgeon and Dr Riyaz (DM)-Endocrinology.
