Srinagar – Three people were killed and 12 were injured in different overnight road accidents in the Kashmir valley, official sources said here today.
They said a passenger vehicle collided with an army vehicle at Lethpora on Srinagar-Jammu National highway resulting in injuries to three people. The injured were rushed to SK Institute of Medical Sciences where Kamal Kumar of Dgyana Jammu was declared brought dead.
A motorcyclist and two of his pillion riders were injured when they were hit by a truck at KMD adda Hazratbal. All the injured were rushed to SKIMS where motorcyclist Junaid Bashir Khan died.
A motorcyclist who was injured in a road accident at Check Mujgund on September 20 succumbed in the hospital.
Two people including driver were injured when their tractor was hit by a truck at Green Tunnel Anantnag. Both the injured were hospitalised
