Pattan – In an ongoing volley Ball tournament at Pattan, Vizer and Delina volley ball teams won their respective matches by defeating the Palhallan and Pattan respectively.
Both the teams beat their opponents with scores of two by 2-1.
Detailing further, a spokesman said that the matches were played on Knock out basis. Eight teams from various schools are participating in the tournament, he added.
He said that tournament was organized by Media Association Pattan (MAP) and is sponsored by police Division Pattan.
Later on, SHO Pattan Muhammad Abdullah Wani said that the tournament was aimed at developing a competitive spirit among the local youth and also to provide them a platform to showcase their talent.
He said that at sports activities also provides opportunity to develop friendly relations among the people of various regions.
